- The job holder will be responsible for all Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) activities related to the project;
- Conduct Structured PSS activities to children;
- Conduct recreational activities;
- Conduct parenting skills sessions to parents/caregivers;
- Set an annual PSS and recreational activities plan at the beginning of the program;
- Updated the plan on a monthly basis;
- Identify and refer children including their parents/caregivers in need for mental health support to MH team;
- Couple the MHPSS sessions with case management for those in need;
- The job holder will assess each case and determine his/her functioning score using the Global Assessment of Functioning (GAF) or the Preschool Behavior Questionnaire (PBQ) according to his/her age;
- Provide one-to-one non specialized MH services;
- Continuously monitor and provide support to RI’s Center Supervisors and Teachers in order to ensure healthy interaction with and between children, especially for those presenting behavioral difficulties;
- Support the CFE Program Coordinator in the Quarterly Reports;
- Responsible for archiving required documents/reports;
- Actively participate in staff meetings and lessons learned events
