- Participate in the identification and selection of community health workers (CHWs) at Bekaa;
- Conduct well-structured training sessions to the CHWs on Community based surveillance system and COVID 19 precautions, signs and symptoms. The job holder should ensure that the right information is communicated and ensure that all their questions and inquiries are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner;
- Supervise and support the outreach activities of the CHWs;
- Conduct the needed assessment for community members referred by the CHWs and perform the appropriate action or referral when needed;
- After receiving appropriate trainings from the MH Coordinator, The Job Holder will provide one to one non specialized MH care for community members;
- Ensure holistic management of each assigned case from case initiation to case closure;
- Ensure effective follow up on referrals made to external organizations
