The project “Humanitarian Response to displaced populations’ needs in North Lebanon” Funded by Welthungerhilfe e.V. (WHH), implemented by Rene Moawad Foundation (RMF). The purpose of this Open Tender is to solicit competitive offers for Creation of an Irrigation canal in Nemrine.
