René Moawad Foundation (RMF) is a Lebanese non-profit, non-political, non-sectarian organization that was established on November 22, 1991 two years after President René Moawad’s assassination, who was elected President of the Lebanese Republic on November 5, 1989 and killed 17 days later. President René Moawad believed in a strong and democratic state and fought for a progressive and modern Lebanon, a peaceful Lebanon, which embraces the values of democracy, human rights, moderation and pluralism.
René Moawad Foundation (RMF) is launching a tender for the “Development of Two New Curricula for Sports Professionals - Project” under Skills 4 Sports project implemented by RMF as per the attached tender dossier annexes.
Experience and technical qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the sports field
- Accredited by the ministry of education in Lebanon
- 1000 graduated students from the sports school
- 20 plus workshops in the sports field
- Health and fitness center
- Strong verbal and written skills necessary to communicate effectively within the organization as well as external customers
- Fluency in speaking, reading and writing English and Arabic;
- Strong communications skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels, verbally and in writing;
- Fully computer literate.
General Competencies:
- Excellent command of English and Arabic both written and verbal. French and Spanish are an advantage;
- Ability to work in a team in a multi-cultural environment;

- Creation of 2 new curricula:
- Sports event Management
- Coaching and Leadership
Budget and payment:
The consultant should submit the total budget in the proposal with a detailed breakdown including applicable government taxes.
The deadline for Submission is Tuesday April 19th, 2022.
