Major Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with lead facilitators or program staff to design sessions that are inclusive, relevant, and culturally appropriate
- Provide input on methods, tools, and messaging tailored to the targeted populations.
- Assist in delivering awareness sessions.
- Engage participants using interactive, participatory methods.
- Create a respectful and safe learning environment.
- Encourage dialogue and questions while managing group dynamics.
- Help ensure marginalized voices (e.g., women, youth, minorities) are included.
- Help set up venues, materials, and visual aids before sessions.
- Distribute handouts, posters, or other IEC (Information, Education, Communication) materials.
- Assist with collecting feedback, attendance, or pre/post-session evaluations.
- Flag urgent protection or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Learn from lead facilitators and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
- Participate in trainings or refreshers on facilitation skills and subject matter.

Job Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with communities, especially in group settings.
- Prior involvement in awareness raising, community mobilization, or educational outreach.
- Training in child protection, psychosocial support, or mental health is a strong asset.
- Proven experience working with diverse communities, particularly vulnerable or marginalized groups.
- Solid understanding of protection risks and local context.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sensitivity to cultural, gender, and protection issues.
- Results-oriented, flexible, and adaptable.
- High integrity and respect for confidentiality and child safeguarding.
