Communications Executive - Re-advertised

RMF is seeking to hire a Communications Executive to work within the Communication Department.

Tasks and ResponsibilIties

• Assist in producing and editing up-to-date content for RMF website, social media.
• Develop materials for specific program campaigns to help advance programmatic goals.
• Assist in developing publications and communication materials.
• Assist in planning and executing communications and outreach strategies.
• Provide communications/PR support for relevant upcoming events, conferences, activities…
• Assist with internal communications strategies.
• Media monitoring and analysis.
• Draft human interest stories, case studies, articles and others.
• Translate articles, social media posts, and other communication materials to Arabic or English
• Other tasks as requested by supervisor.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor degree preferably in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in related positions.
• Excellent Arabic & English language skills.
• Proven editing and writing skills.
• Social media knowledge and experience are essential.
• Experience within non-governmental organisation is preferable.
• Good communication and social skills and the ability to work in a multicultural setting;
• Proven organisational skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative under pressure, whilst adhering to strict deadlines.
• Strong photography skills an advantage.
