Rene Moawad Foundation is seeking a Director of Human Resources.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
The Director of Human Resources shall be responsible for leading the operational and strategic development of the Human Resource administration at the Rene Moawad Foundation and the professional development of RMF staff on a national level across all 5 RMF offices while being based at the Achrafieh headquarters.
His / her scope of work is primarily centered around guiding and implementing all human resources activities including:
- Recruitment & selection
- Staff on-boarding and induction
- Learning and development
- Employee relations including participation and communication
- Personal wellbeing
- Team building
- Performance management and function evaluation
- Transfers and promotions
- Succession planning
- The disciplinary and reward processes
- Compensation and benefits
The Director of HR shall serve as a subject matter expert in Human Resources for department heads and project managers. He / she will be responsible for developing, recommending and implementing human resources policies and procedures, internal rules and regulations in compliance with the relevant Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Finance and NSSF along with donor requirements and guidelines.
Profile
- Strong communication skills (English and Arabic)
- Strong knowledge of NGO work and systems
- Strong knowledge of HR operational processes and team building strategies
- Strong knowledge of the Lebanese Labor Law, NSSF Regulations and Tax Law
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years + of experience in Human Resources positions, preferably in NGOs
