Major Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and participating in outreach events, workshops, and community meetings.
- Distribute informational materials and promote programs via door-to-door visits, phone calls, or social media.
- Identify and connect with target groups and community leaders to strengthen relationships.
- Collect and report feedback from the community to inform program improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and contacts.
- Support other related tasks as assigned by the outreach coordinator or supervisor
- Enter outreached people’s records and related data into the designated systems or databases.
- Handle all outreached people’s information in a confidential and secure manner, adhering to data protection and privacy regulations.
- Ensure accurate and error-free data entry by cross-checking information and verifying data validity.
- Complete assigned data entry tasks within the specified deadlines.
Professional Standards:
All RMF staff are required to adhere to the RMF policies and practices with respect to child protection minimum standards, code of conduct, health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in outreach
- Background in social work or nonprofit work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to commit a set number of hours per week/month.
