- 5 years of experience in managing similar projects;

- 5 years of proven work experience in peace building;

- Capacity to conduct conflict analysis, to write reports and to evaluate the outcomes of the process;

- 3 years of experience in facilitation and providing trainings to local actors and members of the local authorities on local development, peace building, community engagement.
