The René Moawad Foundation (RMF) is seeking to recruit a “Project Coordinator” for MAKANI Programme in the North.
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the project with the team in accordance with project goals and donor requirements.
- Supervise project staff, ensuring strong team collaboration and performance.
- Ensure quality and timely reporting to donors, management, and partners.
- Contribute to organizational learning by capturing best practices, lessons learned, and success stories through timely reporting.
- Promote staff well-being and team care practices in line with RMF’s internal policies.
- Liaise with the M&E Department to ensure that the output and impact data are captured and used to optimize program quality and identify efficiencies;
- Undertake regular field monitoring visits to assess progress and identify technical quality issues and/or other implementation issues, provide solutions and implement modifications as required;
- Represent RMF at related coordination meetings, ensuring proper dissemination of information among relevant partners, donors and relevant government institutions;
- Support organizing and facilitating field visits for partners, donors and others interested in RMF related projects; and,
- Adhere to and act in accordance with RMF Policies and Procedures.

Job Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Social Work or similar relevant social science;
- Minimum 5 years of professional technical experience in implementing similar projects;
- Strong experience in program/project cycle management (planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation).
- Familiarity with donor regulations (e.g., UN agencies, EU, etc.) is a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Strong strategic thinking and report writing skills;
- Strong leadership, program, and staff management and capacity building skills;
- Experience in working in group;
- Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, flexibility, ability to improvise, team player.
- Ability to productively work under pressure while maintaining a sense of humor;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to prioritize and deliver on time;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
- Ability to manage and work through change in a proactive and positive manner;
- Previous experience in managing related projects; and
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
