PSL Grants Manager

The Rene Moawad Foundation is excepted to be awarded a new USAID-funded project entitled “Promoting Sustainable Livelihoods”. The project is expected to start in October 2020 and be implemented over the course of 5 years.  The objective of LSP Project is to improve the livelihoods of residents of target municipalities through training, technical assistance, infrastructure rehabilitation, and marketing and improve and upgrade existing assets in their municipalities. Our goal is to sustain the livelihoods of 31,500 households across 105 municipalities in the North, Bekaa, South and Mount Lebanon

 

The Grants Manager will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in managing USAID grants and should be a holder of a master’s degree in relevant sector. He/She will be responsible in developing, negotiating, preparing sub grants/sub awards/FAAs for all SPL partners and ensure proper monitoring of awards implementation and meeting requested milestones/deliverables. Also, the Grants Manager will be responsible of developing terms of reference to outsource SPL consultants as per project requirements. The PSL Grants Manager will report directly to COP and work closely with the Livelihood Manager for proper implementation of activities.
