The Rene Moawad Foundation is recruiting a Team Leader for a project regarding peaceful coexistence between Syrian refugees and the host community in 10 municipalities in North Lebanon and Akkar.

The Rene Moawad Foundation is in the process of applying for funding to improve peaceful coexistence between Syrian refugees and the host community in 10 municipalities in North Lebanon and Akkar. This position will be available in the condition of funding award

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure overall implementation of the project. Reports to RMF General Director.

Key Qualifications:

• Education/training: University degree (master’s) in social sciences, humanities, peace and conflict studies
• Languages: Knowledge of English, and German
• General professional experience: 10 years of professional experience in the governance or peace and conflict sector, of which 5 years in a developing country
• Specific professional experience: 5 years of professional experience in implementing local governance or conflict transformation projects in fragile contexts
• Leadership/management experience: 5 years of management/leadership experience
• Regional experience: 5 years of work experience in MENA region, 3 years of work experience in Lebanon
• Development cooperation experience: 10 years of experience working on DC projects, of which 5 years in developing countries
• 5 years of experience in financial management
• Experienced user of MS Teams
