  • Execute payments at the branch level in accordance with RESTART’s financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, verify supporting documents, and archive accounting records after final receipt validation.
  • Organize financial documentation, assist in bill tracking, and support compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Maintain and regularly update the Asset Register following each approved purchase.
  • Support the Finance Officer with global accounting tasks, monthly closures, and additional finance-related duties as assigned.
  • Act as a focal point with RESTART’s stakeholders, reconcile monthly statements, and submit verified documents to the Accounting Department for payment processing.
  • Support the day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions of the office.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for administrative documents and ensure contracts (rent, utilities, services) are updated and renewed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with building management and landlords regarding operational and contractual matters.
  • Oversee the renewal and management of operational services and contracts, including rent, utilities, internet, and municipal fees.
  • Ensure timely settlement of operational payments such as rent, service fees, utilities, and organizational memberships.
  • Coordinate building maintenance and repairs, including heating, air conditioning, security, cleaning, and painting.
  • Human Resources Support
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources function, including maintaining personnel databases and supporting recruitment processes.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new staff members, including personnel‑related administrative arrangements.
  • Logistics, Assets & Procurement
  • Ensure the functionality of office equipment and initiate requisitions for new equipment and supplies as required.
  • Monitor office stock levels (stationery, equipment, accessories, and consumables) and coordinate with the Procurement Department to place orders.
  • Organize and support logistical arrangements for office events, workshops, and meetings, including materials requisitioning and meeting room bookings.
  • Ensure vehicle logsheets are accurately completed for every mission.
  • Organize staff trips and missions based on vehicle availability.
  • Coordinate closely with drivers regarding vehicle maintenance, insurance, and operational requirements.
  • Ensure transportation fees are disbursed in line with the approved and updated transportation price list.
