Community-Based Services Coordinator (Cbs)

Planning, Scheduling, and implementing Outreach Psychosocial Program with the concerned Psychologists, case workers and volunteers. Meeting with social workers on weekly Basis to follow-up on cases diagnosis and referrals. Issuing weekly reports. Developing monitoring tools to be used by psychologists and social workers. Collaborating with UNHCR and OVs (Outreach Volunteers) to design a feasible Outreach Psychosocial program. Identifying areas for intervention. Coordinating and chairing trainings provided to the outreach volunteers. Monitoring and evaluating the execution of the program through maintaining full and accurate records of activities using the relevant documents, and through conducting Meetings with psychologist and social workers following each session. Assessing the community needs to deliver and manage programs and services. Ensuring Outreach program objectives are met in a timely and cost effective manner while referring to the project Work Plan. Coordinating with Project coordinator on daily basis Submitting required reports to project coordinator. Coordinating with Project accountant on what relates to the Community based program expenditures. Conducting regular visits to the field Conducting participatory assessment with Target groups Assisting in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval.
