Enumerator - 10 Vacancies

  • Conduct face-to-face interviews using structured questionnaires and digital or paper-based data collection tools.
  • Verify and validate collected data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure proper recording, organization, and reporting of collected data.
  • Adhere to PSEA guidelines and the organization's Code of Conduct.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies in data collection to the supervisor.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of collected data, ensuring compliance with ethical data management practices.
  • Engage respectfully with respondents and follow ethical data collection practices.
  • Ability to join immediately

 Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or higher education in Social Sciences, Public Health, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in field data collection, surveys, or research (NGO or humanitarian setting is a plus).
  • Prior experience working with NGOs, humanitarian agencies, or research organizations.
  • Knowledge of local culture and languages for effective communication.
  • Familiarity with digital data collection tools (KoboToolbox, google sheets) is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in diverse community settings.
  • Ability to work independently while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to ethical standards.
  • Experience with both paper-based and digital data collection methods.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
