Center Coordinator

Tasks & Respobsibilities: 

- The Center Coordinator is responsible for supporting the CBP officer/project coordinator in the implementation, and follow-up on the program, according to the strategy, proposal and plans in her/his center.

- Perform specific administrative operational/control tasks for project/program activities.

- Organize and allocate tasks and work processes for staff in the center.

-Supervise and follow-up staff performance in the center.

-Participate in and manage MCMs and community groups as required, and coordinate with the CBP office on related initiatives.

-Develop periodic activity/project reports and other reporting as required.

-Ensure that all staff report accurately and on time using CL tools

-Issue documents and reports for clearance by the CBP officer/Field coordinator.

- Submit biweekly schedules and all respected requests to the donor representative.

- The Center Coordinator should plan and schedule staff duties, especially for social workers, and allocate them between activities, crowd management, and return assistance as needed.

-Ensure proper data processing and filing of all project documents.

-Assist in and facilitate donors visits to the center.

-Handle the payments related to activities and send required invoices and receipts to the Field accountant for cash management.

-Coordinate with the procurement/logistics departments for the office supplies, purchase requests.

-Handle the payments related to center expenses (Electricity, water etc...).

-Manage Petit cash (prepare, record and maintain all Petit Cash disbursement vouchers).

- Follow-up on recruitment of trainers and their payment cycles.

-Respect the internal policies and procedures for example: dress code, attendance, discipline, etc.

-Complete schedules, activity planners, monitor staff availability and act against any shortfalls.

-Resolve any staff issues and escalate any unresolved issue to the related manager.

- If a referral is identified at the CDC and is not directly referred to the case management team present at the CDC, it should be referred through RIAS.

-Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.
