Foreword
Right To Play is an international non-profit organization that protects, educates, and empowers
children to rise above adversity through the power of play.
Right To Play Lebanon implements programs using sports and play-based learning to promote
education, psychosocial well-being, and social cohesion among children and youth across
Lebanon.
In line with this mission, Right To Play Lebanon invites qualified and experienced printing
companies to submit quotations for the supply, printing, and delivery of high-quality
educational materials under the EQIE2 NORAD project.
1. Purpose
Right To Play Lebanon seeks competitive quotations from qualified suppliers for the printing
and delivery of educational materials, classroom materials, and wellbeing kits under the EQIE2
NORAD project. These Terms and Conditions outline the required specifications, quality
standards, delivery expectations, and evaluation criteria for this procurement process.
2. Scope of Work
The selected supplier shall:
1. Supply all items listed in the breakdown below according to the required specifications
and quantities.
2. Submit samples of previous similar printing work as part of the bid (not to be confused
with the pre-production sample).
3. Ensure high-quality printing with accurate color matching and durable finishing
3. Breakdown and Quantities
Note: A pre-production sample of each item (in final quality) must be submitted for approval
prior to mass production.
5. Packaging and Labeling
Each kit must be fully assembled and packed individually.
Each item category must be packed separately and clearly labeled (e.g., “Storybooks –
Grade 1”).
Packaging must protect items from damage, moisture, and deformation during transport
and storage.
A detailed packing list must accompany each delivery.
6. Delivery Location
All items must be delivered to:
Saida – Hleiliyeh (Storage Room)
The supplier is responsible for offloading and organizing materials by category.
7. Delivery Timeline
Full delivery must be completed within 10 working days from Purchase Order date.
Partial deliveries are allowed only with prior written approval.
Delays may result in penalties or disqualification from future tenders.
8. Quality Control and Acceptance
Right To Play reserves the right to inspect and test all items before acceptance.
Non-compliant or defective items must be replaced at the supplier’s expense.
Payment will be processed only after full inspection and written acceptance.
9. Payment Terms
Payment will be made by bank transfer or cash letter after delivery and acceptance.
No advance payments will be issued.
Right To Play covers only internal bank transfer fees.
Supplier bears all external bank charges.
10. Evaluation Criteria
- Technical Specifications (Quality & Durability) 50%
- Price 40%
- Experience (Relevant Work) 10%
11. Submission Requirements
Suppliers must submit the following:
1. Signed and stamped Request for Tender (RFT) Form with all unit prices and totals (Lot 1,
Lot 2, and Lot 3).
2. Completed RFT Excel Form including delivery fees.
3. Physical samples of previously printed materials (e.g., hardcover storybook, spiral
booklet, laminated poster) delivered to:
Right To Play Office – BDD 1243
Coordinate with Mariam Zaytoun (mzaytoun@righttoplay.com)
4. Company profile and portfolio (kindly submit 2 previous contracts/po in the last 2 years).
5. Legal documentation (valid registration, tax ID, etc.).
6. Interested bidders must apply to all lots as all lots will be evaluated together.

(Beirut time)

Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
12. Disclaimer
Right To Play reserves the right to:
Accept or reject any quotation, in whole or in part.
Cancel, modify, or amend the bidding process at any stage.
Award full or partial quantities based on operational needs.
Submission of a quotation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
