Right to Play is seeking quotations for the supply of snacks for children during Psychosocial Support (PSS) sessions. We invite you to submit your best offer based on the following requirements:
1. Scope of Work
- The supplier shall provide snacks for 225 children (75 children in each of the three locations: Saida, Sarafand, and Baisirieh).
- The total number of sessions is 24 (2 sessions per week over 12 weeks).
- The cost per child per session should not exceed $4, inclusive of VAT and delivery.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Prices must be quoted in USD and must include VAT.
- Prices must also include delivery to the three designated locations Saida, Sarafand, and Baisirieh
- Payment will be made via Bank Transfer or Bank Letter, as per the supplier’s preference.
- Right to Play will only cover internal bank charges, and the supplier must cover all corresponding bank fees.
3. Delivery Requirements
- The supplier must ensure timely and fresh delivery of snacks to the three locations for each session.
- Deliveries should be coordinated to meet session schedules.
- Snacks must be packaged in a box for ease of distribution and handling.
- Any failure to deliver on time may impact future collaboration.
4. Quality Control
- Snacks must be of good nutritional value and suitable for children.
- A variety of quality snacks should be provided, ensuring freshness and safety.
- Upon selection, samples will be required for quality assessment.
- Right to Play reserves the right to reject any items that do not meet the required standards.
5. Selection Criteria
- The supplier offering the best quality and variety of snacks within the set budget without additional costs will be selected.
- Right to Play is not obliged to award all items to one supplier and reserves the right to split the order if necessary.
- Right to Play is not bound to accept the lowest offer, but rather the best overall value.

6. Submission Requirements
- Quotations must be signed and stamped.
- Quotations should include details of the snacks offered, including variety and packaging.
- Suppliers must indicate their preferred payment method (Bank Transfer or Bank Letter).
- Quotations must be submitted by [13th March 2025.
- Suppliers must provide copies of their legal registration documents.
- Suppliers with ISO or other quality certifications should include relevant documentation.
- Suppliers should provide a summary of experience in catering services, preferably with references.
