Scope of RFQ & Lots
This RFQ covers the provision of coffee breaks, meal boxes, and catering services, including food items as well as related non-food service components, for Right To Play activities across multiple locations.
Each location constitutes a separate lot, as outlined in the RFQ documents. Suppliers may apply for one lot, multiple lots, or all lots. Applying for one lot does not require applying for others.
2. Submission Method & Deadline
Offers must be submitted by email only to: lbprocurement@righttoplay.com
for Excels of requested items kindly email lbprocurement@righttoplay.com to receive all documentations.
Deadline for submission: 6th March 2026, by end of day
Late submissions will not be considered.
3. Requests for Clarification
All inquiries related to this RFQ must be submitted in writing to: kdersarkissian@righttoplay.com
Deadline for inquiries: 2nd March 2026
Requests received after this date may not be addressed.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Deductions
All prices must be quoted per unit, as requested in the RFQ tables, and must be inclusive of all applicable taxes. Suppliers must take into consideration any applicable bank transfer or transaction fees when submitting their financial offers. No additional costs will be accepted after submission. In line with Lebanese regulations if company is not registered:
• An 8.5% deduction will apply to services.
• A 3.4% deduction will apply to goods or items, where applicable.
5. Supplier Registration
• Suppliers must indicate their company registration details in RFQ.
• Applicable deductions will be applied in accordance with the nature of the service or goods provided and the validity of registration documents.
6. Required Documents
Suppliers must submit the following documents as part of their offer:
• Completed RFQ Excel file, filled in as per the required format
• RFQ document, stamped and signed
• Company profile
• Copies of company registration documents
Incomplete submissions may be disqualified.

How to Apply
7. Offer Validity
Offers must remain valid for the period specified in the RFQ, starting from the submission deadline.
8. Delivery & Service Requirements
• Services must be delivered to the locations specified under each lot, on dates and quantities to be confirmed by Right To Play.
• Prices submitted must include all delivery, packaging, handling, and service-related costs.
9. Evaluation & Award
• Awards may be made per lot and to multiple suppliers.
• Right To Play reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, in whole or in part, and is not obliged to award all lots or select the lowest-priced offer.
• Evaluation will be based on compliance with RFQ requirements, price, and overall value for money.
Confidentiality All information provided by suppliers will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluating this RFQ.
Costs of Participation Any costs incurred by suppliers in preparing and submitting their offers are the sole responsibility of the supplier and will not be reimbursed by Right To Play.
