Regional Business Development Officer

The Regional Business Development Officer, Right To Play is responsible for establishing the Right To Play Branding as a humanitarian organization and fundraising in the region. The person will work with the Regional Director, to shape and lead a comprehensive development and marketing program to sustain Right To Play, including funds for the annual operations budget, major gift campaigns and special projects. The person will foster relationships with private donors, corporations, governments and foundations, partner with sports federations and associations and work with athletes and the business community. This position also has oversight of finances and budget for the fundraising/marketing operations.   RBDO shall foster relationships with local program partners, and will work closely with the Regional Program Manager.   Specifically, the Business Development Officer is responsible for the following as detailed below: Planning, management and budgeting Fundraising, marketing,and public relations Budgeting and Financial Management Management of staff and operations
