The Regional Finance Manager (RFM) reports to the Vice President , MEA Office. The incumbent is reponsible for overseeing and monitoring all finance practices and budgets in the Regional Office and respective countries.
Main job functions:
1- Accouting and financial reporting
2- Planning, management and budgeting
3- Financial guidelines, procedures and policies
4- Banking and transactions
5- Supervision and capacity building
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the same position or similar.
Competencies / Personal Attributes:
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to analyse large amount of data with high level of accuracy
- Detail focused and result oriented
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deal with stress
Languages:
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
Desired Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the accounting standards
- Previous experience with an I/NGO.
