Community Engagement Intern

Key Responsibilities: 

Client Onboarding: Assist in conducting the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new clients. 

Filing and Archiving: Help with filing and archiving forms and documents, ensuring proper organization and easy retrieval. 

Reporting: Conduct weekly reports while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness in the preparation and delivery. 

Tenant Relations: Raise tenant concerns, maintain tenant retention, and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction. 

Logistics, Procurement, & Utilities Management: Assist in managing day-to-day logistics, procurement, and utilities to ensure smooth operations. 

Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance issues and monitor cost-efficiency of repair and maintenance services. 

Premises Monitoring: Monitor daily ongoing activities on the premises, assisting in creating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. 

Administrative Support: Provide administration and business support, including organizing schedules, meetings, and documentation. 

Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, ensuring they are well-organized and executed. 

Collaboration: Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across departments. 

Other Tasks: Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as directed by management.
