Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of M&E tools and systems aligned with program goals.
- Support data collection efforts from field visits, surveys, and focus group discussions.
- Help maintain and update program databases and documentation.
- Assist with data entry, cleaning, and basic analysis tasks.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
- Participate in learning sessions and workshops with staff to capture lessons learned and best practices.
- Support awareness-raising and basic administrative tasks related to M&E and safeguarding policies.
- Attend meetings and take part in relevant training opportunities to enhance M&E knowledge.
Learning Outcomes:
- Practical understanding of monitoring and evaluation processes and tools.
- Hands-on experience with data management, analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with donor reporting requirements and learning frameworks.
- Exposure to field-based data collection and evaluation techniques.
- Awareness of child protection and PSEA standards within NGO operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in social sciences, development studies, statistics, Public Health or related field.
- Interest in data collection, program evaluation, and humanitarian/development work.
- Basic proficiency in Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment.
