Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into professional and emotionally engaging video content for trainings, events, success stories, and social media.
- Ensure all content aligns with our organization’s mission to empower youth and women.
- Collaborate with program managers and communications staff to plan and execute video projects that support awareness, outreach, and fundraising efforts.
- Apply graphics, music, subtitles, and branding elements with sensitivity and purpose.
- Ensure proper documentation and storage of video assets.
- Deliver projects on time and revise based on team feedback.
- Follow all organizational guidelines around ethical storytelling, consent, and privacy, especially when filming or editing content involving youth and women.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all training sessions, including SEA-related training and awareness-raising efforts.
- Uphold the organization's code of conduct, Child Protection Policy, and all RE policies.
- Support the dissemination of PSEA materials and report potential SEA allegations through the Child Protection Focal Point.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management.
Education, Experience, and Skills:
- A degree in Media Studies, Film Production, Communication Arts, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience as a video editor; experience working in NGO or social impact storytelling is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong storytelling skills with an understanding of tone, pacing, and emotional engagement.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and audio editing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.

- Willingness to work outside of regular office hours when necessary.
- Residing in the relevant governorate (Mount Lebanon).
