Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop the curriculum, materials, and tools as per the initial subjects listed below:
Content
a. Organizational structure and HR structure
b. HR practices and HR policies –Labor Law
c. Admin – secretary and archiving
d. Procurement and purchasing
e. Cost control and inventory
f. Accounting system and bookkeeping
2. Provide ideas and inputs to make the training active and interesting to beneficiaries
3. Monitor and review the progress of beneficiaries through discussions and interactions
4. Enhance trainee’s performance in their current role; address anticipated changes and full evaluation form.

Tasks and Responsibilities
To use power Point Presentations, videos and case studies in
training sessions as well provide participants with brochure and manuals.
Narrative Report draft which includes: i) number of beneficiaries (disaggregated by gender and nationality), ii) providing technical guidance for future steps.
