The NAWAT consortium started in 2018 and consist of three main community-based organization ( Ruwwad AL Tanmeya, SHIFT, TEC ) that intend to improve economic outcomes for stakeholders through a holistic strategy that approaches challenges in the labour market.
The overall objective of the project is to strengthen local community, MSMEs, start-ups and entrepreneurs’ ability to grow, create jobs and wealth and contribute to the socio-economic inclusion of youth and women.
The project outcomes are:
Outcome 1: Improving access to the labor market among youth and women
Outcome 2: Engaging Businesses and Entrepreneurs
Outcome 3: Empowering the Sustainability of Impact of the NGOs within the Consortium.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Programs :
- Plan & implement the outreach plan developed with PM for the VT program & apprentice
- Manage the data base and supporting documents files for the programs
- Follow up with the trainers per classes ( attendance & materials) ( follow up with absence )
- Insure that all apprentice SOPs are followed
- Make sure all Apprentice and hosting entities contracts are signed & filed
- Insure that all M&E tools are implemented per activity
Platform
- Plan the outreach for users with the field assistant
- Receive the outreach data from the field assistant
- Operate as the platform admin ( create & register users – validate data- follow up with users for application status- check all users and posted data – oversee the status of each post -generate reports by monthly )
Consortium information management
- Develop & regularly update the Information data base for the consortium by the related activity by each partner .
- Design necessary data collection forms, ensuring that the purpose and use of data collected is clear and that questions are simple, clear and collectable.
- Organise and manage data input from data collection forms received from partners and conduct initial analysis of the data.
- Develop an information-sharing platform as a web-portal.
- Provide information management services to all partners & support data management activities
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications: Degree in IT or/Information Management /or software programmer from a recognized university in Lebanon
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience is similar job in data management or programs preferably in NGO.
Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Advanced skills in data development and management
Organized and able to meet deadlines
PERFORMANCE GOALS:
Support partners in timely requests and information
Work closely with PM
Scope of Authority
- Obeyed by Ruwwad COC & PSEA policy
- Reports directly to the PM designated for the project.
