- Background
Safadi Foundation is expanding a new mobile application called KHEDMA 24, aiming at establishing linkages with potential clients and service provider, who are vocational training students at SF centers. The application’s overall objective is to expose SF graduates to better income generating opportunities and increase their chances of self-employment, particularly amidst the current economic crisis and the ramifications of the COVID-19 outbreak. This will also stimulate vulnerable youth’s inclusion in the development of their local community and increase their household income. In the long-term, their active participation will decrease unemployment rates and increase their competitiveness in the skilled labor market. The services provided by KHEDMA 24 are the same training programs provided at the different SF training centers, such as care services, cleaning, construction, cosmetology, heavy machinery, hospitality, marine services, mobile services, sales, secretariat services, security services and sewing.
- Purpose
Safadi Foundation is in the expansion phase of KHEDMA 24. Therefore, it is looking to recruit highly qualified individuals/company, on a consultancy basis, to act as digital marketing manager.
The role of the digital marketing manager is to help grow our KHEDMA 24 influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
The essential duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. The ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. The candidate is expected to an outstanding communicator, and to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
The target audience are household heads, companies, construction sites and other potential service seekers associated with the amenities provided, mainly based in Tripoli and nearby regions.
- Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
- Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
