Under the “Sustainable improvement of agri-food production and productivity in Akkar and Donnieh” project funded by AIDA (AYUDA, INTERCAMBIO Y DESARROLLO ASSOCIATION) and co-financed by AECID, Safadi Foundation (SF) invites qualified suppliers to submit offers for the supply of Agricultural tools and equipment that will be donated to approximately 50 farmers with a financial volume of around 110,000 USD.

How to Apply
- Bids must be submitted in English.
- All bid forms must be completed electronically (typewritten). Handwritten entries are not accepted.
- Bidders must submit their bids in a hard copy sealed envelope labelled: “SF-ITB-2026-001" to Safadi Cultural Centre, Finance office, 4th floor, Maarad, Tripoli, Lebanon respecting the submission deadline. Late bids will be excluded automatically.
- An electronic version of the offer (scanned signed and stamped documents) on a USB flash drive must be included in the sealed envelope.
- Bidders may submit offers covering one or all lots. Bidders should make every effort to bid for all items within the lot they are interested in. If bidders fail to quote all items within the lot SF reserves the right not to award the lot to the bidder.
- Bidders are encouraged to submit multiple options for each item based on available products in the market.
- Specifications/datasheet of each item is mandatory to be submitted with the bid.
- Bidders must refer to and fill the necessary Annexes part of this ITB.
