1. Background

MASLIH project targets traditional businesses in the greater Tripoli Area, and in specific those traditional and productive businesses existing in the old city. Considering that most businesses in this area are micro and small, they present a niche market with significant potential for growth. A focus will be placed on businesses that demonstrate significant potential to create impact through the development / pivoting of their business model and require access to market support.

MASALIH Project focus will be mainly on enabling Traditional businesses in Greater Tripoli / Fayhaa Union of municipalities (Tripoli, Baddawi, Qalamoun, Mina), like businesses existing in the old souk of Tripoli, to back-up and then to become more resilient to business challenges, and future crises at business landscape changes.

The second part of the project will target Vocational training courses,Target beneficiaries will have access to accelerated market-based training and self-development programs that will prepare them to increase their competitiveness in the skilled labor market.

The third part of the project is to allow the project beneficiaries to benefit from the job search application ( Khedma 24 ) that SF has launched recently, which create the link between the public or service seekers to a list of SF VT graduates contacts in different topics,

2. Purpose

SF will hire an expert to manage the job application ( Khedma 24 ) and coordinate with the Market integration unit in SF to include the profile of the selected trainees in the App to link them to services seekers.

We are looking to hire an application manager with confident communication and people skills. We are expected to possess superb project management and organizational skills to work comfortably under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

To ensure success, he or she should demonstrate a wide degree of creativity and latitude with a keen interest in shaping an organization's image and values through appropriate communication to the outside world. Top candidates will display natural leadership qualities with excellent time management and planning skills.

3. Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Ensure that the mobile App should be accessible on multiple platforms
2.  should update the app info automatically
3. Enable SF staff to upload, update and include new content
4. Control the  multimedia content in App
5. Follow up all service orders on the App
6. The mobile App should enable SF units to collaborate and gather knowledge about the service requests
7. Notes function regarding adjustments, changes, and lessons learned on th e App
8. Data management and to keep records of the number of service orders
9. Follow up the communication between the beneficiaries and the service seekers
10. Coordinate with the SF team to ensure quality control and clients satisfaction
11. Assess and clearly identify strengths and weaknesses of the app
12. Prepare monthly reports for the progress on the achievement on the APP
13. Develop content for dissemination via the App,  and coordinate with the SF media to reach other distribution channels.
14. Ensure to create and upload the profiles on the APP for the accredited beneficiaries
15. Conduct briefing meetings with the SF management
16. The expert will also have to engage with relevant SF colleagues to ensure that the design and content of the App is coherent with SF identity;
17. Build and manage the organization's SF profile and presence on the App.
18. Promote additional activities to support new group launches on the App.
19. Build long-term relationships with service seekers.
20. Appropriately manage the organization's app budget.

Contract Information

4. Qualifications Required

• The applicants should have a proven record of innovation in the mobile Apps
• The expert should have relevant technology and innovations experience and hold a master's degree in a relevant field.
• Years of Experience: 3 - 5  years of work experience as a Apps and platforms management
