Field Officer

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

  1. Reach out the private sectors organization and identify potential ones for partnerships
  2. Follow up with the beneficiaries on On-site
  3. Oversee and manage the relationship between Safadi foundation and the public technical and private sector.
  4. Provide guidance to beneficiaries
  5. Ensure that all monitoring tools are filled properly and regularly
  6. Submit beneficiary’s payments
  7. Regular visit to beneficiaries and private sectors for follow ups
  8. Provide technical support to beneficiaries and private sectors
  9. Introduce the beneficiaries to the public sectors organization in order to train them 
  10. Prepare minutes of meeting
  11. Assist in monitoring field activities
  12. Ensure programs implementation
  13. Collect and share data for internal reporting
  14. Assist in managing, coordinating and ensuring the logistics of all day to day activities in the center and field
  15. Coordinating with the field assistant for managing attendance for all activities taking place in the center or the field
  16. Submitting field reports to the project manager
  17. Document, scan and archive all data related to the project
  18. Any other tasks assigned by the management that aims to maintain work quality
