M&E Officer

Key Responsabilities and Duties: 
 

  1. Create and develop monitoring tools as required by the M7E plans and Safadi Foundation needs
  2. Collect intra-unit analysis of feedback qualitative data
  3. Following up on the regular progress of the data entry
  4. Monitor regularly the quality of the information computerized and the overall datasets; coordinate with data entry responsible of the relevant unit to fix any inconsistency
  5. Follow up the regular implementation of the PPS monitor the results
  6. Organize regular monitoring field visits to the training execution places to observe the activities
  7. Supervision the monitoring data collected directly on-line
  8. Support the compilation of quantitative data for reporting needs to the donor
  9. Report on nay project/monitoring challenge emerging to the unit coordinator
  10. Attend training session or similar activities to develop technical skills and knowledge
  11. Attend regular data quality review meetings with the M&E team.
  12. Assist in writing progress reports regularly upon the coordinator’s needs.
  13. Any other tasks assigned by the management that aims to maintain work quality
