Project Proposal Development

The project proposal development will report directly to the Programs Manager Terms of Reference: - Conduct and record eligibility and feasibility assessments - Compiles information for project proposal development and coordinate with the sector Head - Responsible for the effective overall management of the project proposal development - Lead the process of project proposal preparation, including drafting, reviewing, editing and compiling all required documentation such as logical frameworks, narratives, and capacity assessments - Follow up on a continuous basis and track proposals under evaluation by donors or partners after submission in addition to conducting technical and budget revisions as requested by donors/partners - Provide technical support to members participating in the development of proposal writing skills - Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and donors
