Short Term Trainers for VT Denniyeh

1. Project Description

The project aims to improve the living conditions of youth between 15 and 24 by empowering them economically and socially.

The project is funded by UNICEF and implemented in cooperation with the municipalities in Denniyeh with Safadi Foundation as implementing partner.

Different trainings topics will be implemented and will take place in Denniye area

Therefore, Safadi Foundation is requiring the support of trainers to implement the activities within the project.

2. Scope of Work

Under the supervision of the project coordinator and in close collaboration with project team, the trainer will

• Identify development needs and develop the training curricula and materials
• Provide ideas and inputs to make the training active and interesting to beneficiaries
• Monitor and review the progress of beneficiaries through discussions and interactions
• Help the beneficiaries developing their existing skills and behavioral attributes
• Enhance trainee’s performance in their current role, address anticipated changes
• Evaluate the beneficiaries through evaluation form
