Administrative And Human Resources Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Job Summary The HR and Administration Manager should have good organizational skills, and be able to encourage everyone around her to follow procedures and a work methodology. Procedures and methodologies will be put in place and implemented gradually and in coordination between the existing team and the Administrative and HR Manager. This will touch various areas, including HR, NGO cumulative data, Accounting, Meetings, and Communication with media and PR, day-to-day office activities and occasional projects. While there will be several people collaborating on various fronts (including interns), the HR and Administration manager will be the reference for all the work, will coordinate between everyone, and will be making sure we are functioning on the adopted standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1)      Managing CVs, hires, etc. 2)      Organizing all office data related to Human Resources 3)      Create and Implement Policies and Procedures 4)      Create Job Descriptions 5)      Create and implement Assessment reports 6)      Create and implement the KPIs of the team and jobs 7)      Tracking invoices and anything related to accounting and relaying the info to accountant 8)      Centralizing all relevant data collected and entered by interns 9)      Follow up and archive weekly updates of the team 10)  Managing in-office meetings 11)  General office administration and logistics 12)  Track communication with Media and NGOs and document them 13)  Coordinate and assist with field activities when necessary 14)  Assume Project responsibilities as required
