- Plan and set MMU operations schedules, resource allocation and service offerings
- Coordinate with PHC and assign the needed human resources for the required service offering
- Conduct on-site quality assurance by overseeing MMU activities and checking compliance with relevant policies, procedures, protocols and work ethics
- Communicate and spread awareness of the MMU schedule and service offerings
- Guide employees and relay relevant knowledge for handling difficult or complex problems
- Supervise record keeping and data accuracy while ensuring sensitive data confidentiality and safety
- Develop plans to cater to emergencies in coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Track daily, weekly and monthly quantitative and qualitative reports and ensure their accuracy
- Develop and communicate periodical progress reports for internal and external stakeholders as necessary
Guide, motivate, and evaluate subordinates on their performance, productivity and progress, while identifying training needs of team members to improve efficiency and ensure conformity with the standards and procedures set by the Human Resources Department.
