Qualifications:
- University Degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
with at least 3 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E/MIS in development projects implemented by national/international NGOs. - Preferably experienced in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports, analyzing data using statistical software;
- Strong training & facilitation skills.
- Good writing, analytical, research and problem‐solving skills.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English/French language.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures.
- Lead role in overseeing data collection, collation, storage, analysis, and reporting, ensuring that data is of high quality and audit worthy.
- Development of the M&E Plan for each project, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management, and developing M&E and/ performance monitoring plans.
- Manage research activities and ensure outcomes and lessons learned are integrated into the project and shared with relevant stakeholders.
- Recommend further improvement of the logical frame work;
- Monitor and evaluate overall progress and sustainability of project’s results
- Prepare Quarterly/Annual reports on project progress and monitor the project activities on a regular basis, developing and maintaining the MIS of projects.
- Good knowledge of program implementation, monitoring and evaluation techniques and practices.
- Good understanding of structure and processes in NGOs.
