Key Responsibilities
· Follow up with targeted participants through psychosocial support sessions to help address and reduce barriers to breast cancer screening.
· Manage logistics related to participant recruitment, data collection, and data entry.
· Document participants’ challenges, barriers, and relevant community and social context.
· Assist in organizing and maintaining accurate and confidential participant records.
· Coordinate closely with the research team to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality data.

Minimum Required Knowledge & Experience
· Gender: Female (To facilitate communication with the participants).
· Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Biology, or a related field.
· Previous experience working with vulnerable populations and/or NGOs is highly desirable.
· Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
· Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
· Basic familiarity with research methods, data collection, and community outreach activities.
