On 31 July 2025, the Israeli Air Force (IAF) launched a broad and sustained air campaign targeting Hezbollah-linked military infrastructure across South Lebanon and the Beqaa Valley. This marks the most significant aerial escalation since the onset of cross-border tensions earlier this year. The strikes occurred in multiple waves between 17:45 and 18:45 local time, involving at least seven Israeli fighter jets and numerous precision-guided munitions.

IAF statements confirm that strategic Hezbollah capabilities were targeted, including:
