Child Protection Coordinator - North

The Opportunity 

The Child Protection Coordinator will manage the implementation of a Child Protection in Emergencies program in the North.  The Child Protection in Emergencies program includes the establishment of Psychosocial Support (PSS) activities and a youth program, as well as community outreach/awareness activities on child protection. The Child Protection Coordinator will ensure that all aspects of work are undertaken in accordance with Save the Children’s Policies.

In order to be successful you will bring/have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Education, or other related fields. 
  • Experience in projects and team management.
  • At least five years of experience in Child Protection. 
  • Excellent planning and reporting skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Ability and willingness to change work practices and hours, and work in an insecure volatile context.
