Project: Shelter Analyst

Type: Short term consultancy

Purpose: Assessing the achievement of major and minor rehabilitation monitoring activities and reporting on Shelter and WASH outcomes.

Primary methodologies: Quantitative desk review of project documentation, methodology, statistical analysis.

End date: 31st of Dec.18

Consultancy payment method: Monthly payment based on achievement report reviewed by shelter TA.

Location, Beirut, Lebanon

• Follow up on DFID research with AUB research team and make sure that data collected and analysis are in line with inception report and outcomes highlighted by SCI and DFID.
• Oversee DFID evaluation study, including baseline and assessments, mid-term review and end of programme evaluation, feeding into design and ensuring consistency in approach and tools utilized across the programme
• Maintain follow up on monitoring activities of main shelter activity OFC rehab and statistically analyze the baseline, 3 month, 7 month, endline and 15 month reports.
• Ensure data showing the performance and impact of the programme is collected, analyzed and clearly presented for decision making, internal reports and quarterly donor reports.
• Maintain follow up on monitoring activities of minor repair and statistically analyze baseline and endline report.
• Maintain follow up on monitoring activities of WASH CSP activities and statistically analyze the baseline and endline report.
• Support in analyzing and reporting DFID Shelter and WASH outcomes.
• Develop a tool that will capture the overall impact needed for DFID final report.
