Save the Children currently implements programs in Child Protection, Education, CRC and Emergency Response throughout Lebanon. Save the Children is seeking qualified candidates to fulfill the following positions, on 2.5 months contracts, with possible extension, for its Lebanon Country Office: Health and Nutrition Assistant  – (locations: Beqaa or Qubayyat )  Supported by Health and Nutrition Officer, the Assistant will carry out the emergency health and nutrition project activities according to the implementation plan. She/he links closely with the other staff and workers in the field and works directly with beneficiaries in the communities. Other duties include information collection of the health situation of the refugee population, support and advice on health issues and services, documentation and timely reporting.    Job Requirements: Degree in health, nutrition or other relevant   Minimum 2 years experience of working in the field of health or nutrition Experience in working with children, families and communities directly Good report writing and communication skills – both written and verbal Good computer skills and able to maintain files, registers and databases   APPLICATION PROCESS   Please note that the closing date for applications is Oct 24th .   The selection committee will review all applications as they are received.
