Save the Children has been operating in Lebanon since 1999 and is recognized for its commitment to accountability, innovation and collaboration.  Save the Children currently implements programs in Child Protection, Education, CRC and Emergency Response throughout Lebanon. HR Adviser - Beirut To provide HR support to the Lebanon Office during the current scale up of activities.  This will require both advice on how to improve current systems as well as direct hands on support to the recruitment of new emergency staff. Job Requirements: Qualification in Human Resource management or equivalent. Minimum 3 years HR management experience Strong management skills including analytical skills, judgment and decision-making. Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal in order to establish effective relationships with a wide variety of internal and external audiences, including at a geographical distance. Resourcefulness and creativity in order to develop the role of HR within the program and ensure the most effective support to line management. Experience in capacity building and setting frameworks for staff development
