ROLE PURPOSE:
The Information Management Officer will provide assistance in ensuring data quality and accountability standards are integrated into the regular Monitoring and Evaluation and Information Management for the consortium. S/he will accomplish this through assisting the Information Management coordination in the implementation of an integrated information management system for Save the Children and consortium partners, focusing on providing quality information management services and delivering reliable, accessible and user-friendly, relevant, predictable, appropriate and timely delivery of information. This includes regular follow ups with partners, keeping track of all items issued and transferred, as well to ensure our accountability towards the beneficiaries by providing each partner the needed assistance in dealing with problems regarding stock (pins and cards) issues, and bank statements reconciliation.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Programme design and implementation
Ensure implementation of verification activities in line with programme implementation plans and against donor requirements/ indicators
Actively participate in the collection and analysis of information used to determine vulnerability, and create transparent targeting criteria
Assist the Information Management Coordinator to organize beneficiary information and keep track of stock and necessary documentation.
Assist in the development of standardized forms for implementation (SOPs),
Promote accountability and transparency with all the implementing activities.
Assist in stock issues and complaints feedbacks from partners to deal with arising issues and make sure programme beneficiaries are getting their issues solved with less than a month.
Assist in sorting pins and cards for distribution and keeping track and standardizing the procedure for transportation and distribution.
Assist in keeping track of financial transactions regarding each pin and card issued.
Programme monitoring
Organise information from partners regarding stock issues, and document all transfers.
Work with logistics staff to ensure the secure and timely transfer of pins and cards to partners.
Monitoring information received from partners and keeping the Information Management System up to date.
Monitoring bank transactions regarding CTP, and generate timely reports.
Comply with Save the Children policies and practice with respect to child protection, code of conduct, health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in computer sciences, development, information technology, finance, or other relevant areas.
Minimum 1 years of experience in development programs, preferably working in Cash Transfer Programs.
Experience in communicating with different partners.
Good time management skills.
Experience in data collection & management
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English
Computer skills (especially Excel and Access).
Strength in interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
