Who we are

Save the Children's work saves and improves children's lives around the world. Through our programming, emergency responses, and advocacy, we put the most vulnerable children first, tackling the barriers to survival, learning and protection.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Specific Tasks:

• Prepare lesson plans including learning objectives for each session and use various techniques to ensure all types of learners are included.
• Deliver 25 IT sessions for each group of youth (25 students per group).
• Prepare and conduct assessments and evaluations as needed.
• Follow up with students on a regular basis.
• Attend training and meetings as needed.
• Support in center activities.

Qualifications:

• Educational background in Computer Science, IT, or any relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience in teaching.
• Previous experience working with Youth.
• Previous experience in the humanitarian field is desired.
• Excellent time management, personal organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills as well as excellent strategic and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work on complex projects in multitasking and respect deadlines.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
