Partnership Management Specialist

Save the Children has been operating in Lebanon since 1999 and is recognized for its commitment to accountability, innovation and collaboration.  Save the Children currently implements programs in Child Protection, Education, CRC, Health and Nutrition, Food Security & Livelihood, Shelter, and Emergency Response throughout Lebanon.   Save the Children is seeking qualified candidates to fulfill the following positions, for its Lebanon Country Office, in the following locations Beirut, Tripoli, Akkar and Bekaa:     KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY Oversee and steer the SCI professional engagements with other organizations in different roles such as sub grantees, partnerships etc. Liase with different organizations Assess organizational capacity of prospective institutions anticipated to be involved in professional Develop partnership and other arrangements as per projects’ requirements Undertake necessary documentation governing the SCI engagements with other organizations for different projects. Provide necessary support to organizations which are involved with SCI as sub grantees or in other capacities. Ensure the quality of the professional engagements/partnerships with other organizations for smooth working relationship between SCI and other organizations. Where required, oversee the partner organizations capacity building activities for smooth implementation of the projects. Undertake monitoring activities as desired by the projects scope. Ensure that the institutional policies and procedures are complied by the partner organizations. Support the assessment of organizations while engaging them for SCI activities. Assist in partnership locally, nationally and internationally with stakeholders both in public and private sectors. Ensure full compliance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Terms of Reference (TOR) and Terms Of Partnerships (TOP) agreed and signed with partners and stakeholders. Work to identify and make more partners where needed within the Program. Ensure timely implementation of existing and new interventions to develop linkages with partners. Support the documentation and dissemination of projects involving partners   QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Post graduate or Master degree in relevant field Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience Management & Self supervision Computer skills.
