ROLE PURPOSE:
Performs a variety of associated tasks in support of general office operations and staff and liaising with beneficiaries and community members. Working with the security guards to greet visitors, register purpose of visits and be able to provide basic information on Save the Children services and programmes. Keeps a visitor book, arranges passes and coordinates and facilitates meetings as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
BA degree in Business Administration or equivalent work expereince
Minimum of 1-2 years administrative/community worker experience
Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to plan and organize and work in a systematic and organized manner.
Customer service oriented.
Strong team player with high team spirit and positive attitude.
Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.
Productive and responsive to instructions and project policies and regulations.
Taking initiative, stress tolerant and reliable.
Basic IT skills
Bilingual English and Arabic
