Save the Children is seeking qualified candidates to fulfill the following positions, for its Lebanon Country Office, in the following locations Beirut, Tripoli, Akkar and Bekaa:
ROLE PURPOSE:
The primary function of this role is to facilitate the donor reporting process. This role reports to the Senior Proposal Development and Reporting Coordinator, and works in close collaboration with programme implementation teams, Programme Development and Quality, and Grants Management Team. The post holder maintains reporting calendars, and schedules and tracks all required inputs into report; shares relevant donor formats; manages communication and information sharing related to reporting;; and ensures production of compliant and quality reports.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Key activities include:
Compile and maintain a database of the status of reporting for all active grants.
Communicate timelines for inputs into and review of reports
Liaise with Save the Children members to follow up on submission/review timelines
Provide required donor formats and communicate other donor requirements to responsible team
Gather inputs from technical advisors, MEAL, Communications, operations, and finance and grants teams as necessary for drafting report
Ensure adherence to key calendar deadlines
Ensure appropriate sign off on all reports
Provide additionally requested information in relation to reports from donor, SCI or members promptly and accurately and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
Ensure finalized reports are available on the server
Ensure complete and compliant proposal/ concept note/ reports submissions
Support Business Development and Reporting team with other tasks as assigned
Work closely with the Emergency team, Finance, Logistics as well as relevant technical staff to develop proposal budgets.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
· Demonstrable competence in technical writing
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to analyse and summarize information
· Ability to work calmly under pressure in a rapidly changing context
· Ability to be adaptable and flexible
· Ability and willingness to travel regularly into the field
· Fluency in written and spoken English
