SAWA is looking to procure transportation services to transport students from their residences located at Bar Elias, Marj and Majdel Anjar To SAWA educational center in Bar Elias, detailed as below:

- 4 buses (school bus of 30 passengers) WITH ESCORT to transport students for 180 days (720 Trips) 

- 1 bus (school bus of 30 passengers) WITH ESCORT to transport students for 30 days (30 Trips) 

- 3 buses (school bus of 30 passengers) to transport students for 61 days (183Trip) 

- 2 buses (school bus of 30 passengers)  to transport students for 122 days (244Trip) 

the scoring process consists of 50% for the technical proposal and 50% for the financial proposal. 

conflict of interest

Any conflict of interest involving an applicant must be fully disclosed to SAWA. Failure to disclose a confict may disqualify an application or invalidate an award of the contract.

Agreement Period

The agreement shall start the date of awarding for a period of two years.

Administrative documents:

- Copy of Commercial circular, Commercial register and tax registration.

- Copy of ID of the authorized signatory 

Technical documents:

- Portfolio

- Any other information/documents/pictures considered useful

Financial Documents:

The bid shall be based on list of specifications and prices

The currency for the bid shall be in US Dollars

Any other expenses should also be included in the above rates and prices. No additional expenses will be covered.
