SAWA for Development and AID is looking for eligible suppliers who provide winter clothes for children aged between 6 up to 14 ( males and females) to submit their quotations regarding requesting certain quantities of items from each category ( quantity specified in the attached RFQ And Annex). Make sure to submit all required paperwork as mentioned in the RFQ Attached so that your offer is considered for evaluation, or else your offer will be auromatically disqualified.
To be considered for this tender, a tenderer should meet the following requirements:
1. Company VAT Registered and has a financial number.
2. Flexibility in payments
3. Previous work experience with NGOs is a must.
4. Clear quotation stamped and signed by the company name.
5. Samples to be provided with the tender / if no samples provided, the bidder will be automatically disqualified
6. Distribution and labor cost should be included and mentioned on the quotations.
7. Quotations must also include the delivery costs to Bekaa area - Bar Elias
