Dance Animator at Sawa for Development and Aid

Job Description:

-Create and design Dance sessions and training schedule.

- Search and select the targeted participants.

-Teaching relevant skills, tactics, and techniques

- Monitoring and enhancing performance by providing tuition, encouragement and constructive feedback.

-Identifying strengths and weaknesses.

-Form various dance curriculums and implementation of different developmental activities.

-Review all students and evaluate their progress.

-The animator will take a training on the activities they should apply based on the manual that Sawa provides.

Qualifications/Requirements, Knowledge and Experience:

-University degree in related field.

-Minimum 3 years of work in relevant field.

-Physical fitness

-Communication skills

-Team working skills

-Ability to adapt to new environments and be flexible given the nature of the work ( i.e. constant changes happening on the ground, movement of the refugees…)
